The Manning Times is honored to be a drop off spot for several local charities during the month of October.
The Manning Times Publisher, Leigh Ann Maynard, said, “We want to make this year’s Clarendon Cares as big as we possibly can.”
The paper is collecting the following donations for the following organizations:
United Ministries- any nonperishable food items, such as: canned food, sugar, grits, rice, beans, canned meat, and dry noodles.
A Second Chance Animal Shelter- Clean rags, clean towels, dry dog food, dry cat food, and cat litter.
Tuberville Children’s Home- Toiletries ( toilet paper, paper towels, tampons, pads), any Christmas decorations, plastic silverware, ice trays, coffee pods, plastic hangers, pillows, children’s undergarments, and laundry detergent.
Please consider donating to one of these very deserving local charities.
